Very pleased with my purchase. Just as in the description, it offers great support and comfort. Much better than any previous pillow I've had.
Disappointed. I bought the same pillow a couple of years ago and I loved it. This one just isn’t as plump or firm as the old one. Within days of using it I found I had to plump it up two or three times during the night. Shame.
Very nice duvet and excellent personal service. Very quick to respond to any queries etc.
